Tejasvir (Tejas) Rekhi is a creative arsenal of his own. A true master of his craft. His nostalgic and story-telling photography style is characteristic of fine arts photographers of our time. Together, Tejas and I spoke extensively about the vision, brand, and mission for his work. The strategy I developed was structured around the translation of his personality into a visual identity, which required intention and purpose in execution. To distill a message to its essence, the final point is a challenge for any creative. Tejas’ work makes every point evident and clear. Period. For his personal brand identity, I distilled his characteristics and personality with traditional simplicity that made a point. The usage of a dot or circle in the piecerepresents his intention of making a point when he makes a photograph. This example points to the statement he wanted me to convey when developing his brand. To bring his wishes to life, I incorporated the essence of a "dot" into his photographer name. This reflected not only his strategy within photography, but also his capability to indulge his audience in emotional moments. The concluding result is a personal brand mark and identity that is timeless, simple, yet memorable.
